Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Extra Leather. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
You may also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (shown in the category SPECIALS) cannot be refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment method.
Shipping of goods to the customer is made worldwide by EMS at a flat rate of 54 USD per order.
For returning your item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs - we will not accept parcels for which shipping cost was not paid by the sender. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How To Return Your Item

and we will guide you into it. Your email must include
the returning form filled in. You can download the form here: download returning form
. The returns are processed based on the returning form, so please take into account returns cannot be processed if the form has not been sent to us by e-mail prior to sending the goods back.
Please only send back the goods to the address indicated in our reply email, after the returning form was received by us - some goods may need to be returned to different warehouses from the one that they were initially sent from.
